Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible, applicants should:

• Be 50 years of age or older.

• Be able to live safely in an independent living setting with supportive services available.

• Be willing to follow all house rules and community expectations.

• Treat fellow residents, staff, and visitors with respect.

• Have a reliable source of income to cover monthly rent and living expenses (such as Social Security, SSI/SSDI, VA benefits, pensions, retirement income, or employment).

• Complete the application, interview, and screening process.

Application Process

1. Complete and submit an application.

2. Meet with our staff for an interview and tour of the home.

3. Provide required documentation, including:

3. • Proof of income

3. • Emergency contact information

3. • Any requested medical or support information

4. Review and sign the Resident Agreement and House Rules.

5. Once approved, schedule your move-in date.
